but I believe there are three tribes that currently exist in the "Africas" where the tribal leader still practices "primus noctus" (spelling off) which is where the tribal leader does the virgin before marriage/onset of adolescence.
As these "leaders" often have STD's and AIDS they are often transmitted to the pre-teen girls which become sterile.
We live in a sexual dark ages.
