Dear Fellow webmasters,

I was recently ripped off by a webmaster named jose or joseph, from global visionaries inc. They promised 20k traffic, i payed 1500.00 bucks through pay pal and now the guy is gone. didn't send any traffic. So can anyone help me on what to do other than the obvious of filing a paypal complaint. Please help me, let me know if there is anything i can do.
