If you have any solid proof of shaving...Post it. Otherwise...STFU.
And your terms say that webmasters will be paid for sales. Let me remind you that as a webmaster I must protect my revenue. If I never had signed up using my link I would have never been alerted to the fact that you do have a problem because if you'll recall, days later I phoned you asking why my stats showed no sales when in fact I had made a sale a few days prior. You were unaware I was talking about a sale I had made and you passed the conversation off like there was no sales. Once I explained and provided you with my username you seemed shocked; I guess because you never expected that test because of what your terms say. Do you terms say this to prevent webmaster tests such as mine, or what? Besides, that specific term is unenforceable because even though the signup was made from my link, the signup was paid. I've already received and paid my telephone bill that reflects that $34.95 charge.

Now, if the signup from my link resulted in no charge to me but generated a commission then that clause would be enforceable, but since it was a paid test, what difference does it make who signs up - a random surfer or myself?

Again, it was only done to test your system in to protect my revenue to ensure you are on the up and up, and I guess it was a good thing that I did test.
