So, here's a scenerio...
Let's say you go to a designer and REALLY like their work.
You ask "How Much" for a certain project.
They say "$3,000.00".
You ask "How about $1500.00?"
They say "The price is $3,000.00... I don't haggle.".
Would $3,000.00 be the "cheapest" amount possible in this example?
Don't kid yourself thinking that what YOU pay is the "cheapest" possible.
