exactly , but sponsor's and courts dont deal in INTENT they deal with RULES.

The simple fact is , almost no sponsor allows such a test without prior notification ( thus making the test signup useless i.e. shave turn off )

All sponsors should allow a test signup as long as the affiliate notifies the sponsor within 48 hours of the "test"

I know of several "anti-fraud" related software some affiliates use that would explain why this guy did not get the trial signup go through on his affiliate account.
