If it was not for that "offense" - he should be in a jail cell now for insider dealing.
Tho he was bailed out and "covered" by Daddy's friends. In any other country he would be imprisoned years ago for fraudulent dealing.
But instead he was "given" the governorship of the State of Texas which he left in a fucked up financial state as well.
Much like he is succeeding in doing with the whole of the US now :-)
