If you look at it like this it is fair. Commonly a college girl will make 5.50-10.00 an hour at her job. so let's say we put her in the middle and say she makes around 7.00 an hour. So before taxes she can skip about 20 hours of working and make some tax free cash for sitting there and getting her picture taken, this will allow her to study or do whatever it is she does. Or she can still work those days if she schedules everything and just make double time for those days. If the chic is really hot then she probably got into modeling already and trust me if you work for an agency you are getting raped and they know that. Never let a girl who works for an agency snow you into thinking she is making lots of money, that is not the way it works at all, stick to your guns and if you think you can make lots of money off her then up it a bit, maybe even double it.
If you feel like that is wrong then cut a deal with her and let her get "back end" or a percentage of the take from the site, this will keep her interested in your business and her career on the net, this is if she is solo material. Remember this is business, you have bills to pay and you have the most trouble and worries concerning this, she is talent (employee) so she gets payed to do work.
