If you advertise in a paper she will see other ads, if she has ever worked she will know what others pay, if she comes from an agent you can forget about it.
What none of you are reckoning on is guys like us who can shoot and sell are paying a better rate to raise the bar and keep out those who can't pay the rate. It's not in a good shooters interest to have the girls running around working for every Tom, Dick or Harry for peanuts.
