Are you sure you're alotting enough time for the shoots? I mean have you shot on that schedule before? Assuming you mean the person only works weekdays (Monday-Friday), that knocks a month down to about 20 days. 50 10mins vids is 25 minutes a day, a lot more if you're editing raw footage down to 10 min vids, and 100-200 series would be 5 to 10 series a day. With wardrobe, makeup, sets and setup, 2-3 hours sounds optimistic. If you've got more than a couple people working, overhead time grows, with bathroom breaks, smoking breaks, etc.
