Bush begins his speech to open the Olympic Games:

He looks at his paper and says:
Ooooo! ...Ooooo! ...Ooooo! ...Ooooo! ...Ooooo!

An aide comes over and whispers:

- Mr. President, these are the Olympic rings... Your
speech is below.
