Yeah, a terrorist attack occured in 1999. The terrorists wheren't just gonna disappear like that. The terrorists after all the despicable things they do, don't become suddenly all peacefull just because a treaty is signed. Talking about an ordinary american propaganda about chechen genocide really makes me angry. Do you know what they were doing through that 3 years and what size of army did they have? There were evil chaos in Checnya. There was one of the biggest terrorist camp in the world. We were doing what we could with our army, resources and money. But its really funny to hear american comments about violence, when you bombarded civilians cities of Iraq and Serbia, countries that did nothing to you. I imagine what would you do if that countries sent troops in US? Hiroshima?
