I tried them for a while, only with the cartoons site.
Traffic which used to convert 1:100 with silvercash (as silvercash count 2nd page click, make it maybe 1:200 raw front page), converted 1:500 with makingbank. So, I switched to the new cashtour toons site.
As I was told when I asked for opinions, I think that their popups are a bit too agressive (they launch an outlook window which the surfer canīt even see, even less close).
