hmmm... it's a bit hard to say without any polish on it.. how do you price a "shell"? but it seems to be a pretty simple flash game.... i don't think you'd be able to charge too much for it.. im assuming you're going to try to sell it to a few different sites? it's probably better to lower the price to a once - off $50, brand the site to any individual buyer and try to sell it to as many different sites as possible to try and make $500 - $1000... of course i mean get what you can for it.. see what people are willing to pay and maybe bump up my figures.. and you'd have to see what it looks like when finished.. but it's possible to whip something like that up in a day (depending on whether you've had to start from scratch with your 3d and it's not just a default poser model).. even with some polish... so if you can make even $500 you'd be going well... if you're going to make games.. you've got to think about ways to keep people coming back for them and to make certain aspects dependant on yourself, like 'alltime highscore' databases and automatic updates so it's easier to lease the stuff out and make a decent monthly check.... sure you could probably try to lease that game.. add a highscore.. and charge maybe $5 - $10 a month or something.. you'd eventually get some decent cash over a long enough time..
it's all dependant on the finished product though.. then it's up to you how to market it.. but if i were you i wouldn't be thinking of selling it to 2 or 3 sites for $300 -$500 or whatever.. go lower aim at many..
