Bullshit, everytime someone from the Netherlands gets the chance, they take a cheap shot at the United States. This thread is a perfect example. bhutocracy, your stats would really prove me wrong if todays date was 1998. Netherlands HIV problem has gotten to the point where they have seriously considered outlawing prostitution. They have also considered testing potential immigrants for HIV and basing the application for citizenship on the results.
