people who ask me for tips and tricks and don't follow them as I specify, then blame me because they can't follow simple directions or get creative with them...a good example is Yahoo Groups...I do quite well with them and will explain it to someone and they'll only follow half of what I tell them then come back and bitch because it's not working....
