Damn it. I always thought it was nod to John Landis. In all his movies he always has something in there that says, "See you next Wednesday." Like on a billboard in the background or someone will just say it. Now that I think about it I haven't seen American Werewolf in London in a while. I think I'll have to watch it again tonight.
