as far as a law suit goes.. im not sure how anyone could prove you calling someone names on a board would incure them any losses but if he can.. and you did.. maby now i do remeber him threating you.. alot.. and seriously.. so you probly have a valid counter suit...
imho the whole thing is rather childish over a message board and untill now hadent given the issue a second though, and im sure alot of other gfy'ers probly feel the same way

exactly.. he is just being greedy.. im not worried.. he has no money and i can keep him in court till he is broke, because no lawyer is going tot ake the case without being paid hourly.
