well trey, as you know, I have spoken to a couple lawyers on this matter, and they will be the ones to list out the ways my business was damaged, that is not for me to do, I hate lawyers, and I hate courts, but I am obviously not crazy either, ( as I am sure yu gathered now by all the questions you have asked about me) but unfortunatly, how else do I penalize the statment, and rectify it by exonerating me as to what the allegations you made have done ? I do not want to humiliate you either, I understand tyhat an amicable solution can be worked on by us at this point, however, I was advised that if I did chose to speak to you in regards to this matter, that I am to tell you, that any conversation we have is for settlement purposes only, and unless agreed too has no bearing on my right to sue.... ( lawyer made me say the disclaimer, I wish it was not in this arena) and hope you have some kind of reasonable settlement ideas, as I would like to see us move past this as soon as possible too.

I would pupose some financial penalty to you, and a formal apology, and we can move on, but it seems by your continued posts, ( like we are shaving 25% and you have proof) would indicate to me that you might not be interested in this path. and like I said, I could care less what you call me or say abvout me in doing your thing, it is when they are outright business effecting lies that I have a probl;em.

the only apology I am speaking of here, is for the sopecific allegation we are referring too, I dont care what else you say about me or call me after that , if that is what you feel you need to do to have face over this, again I am not interested in humiliating you, I am only interested in setting the wrong to be right.

I agree, I would rather not pay some lawyer 30% to try to hurt our industry, as I can see the news story now, I mean you got my legal weed growing on one hand, and Ians history on another, and the board would be brought into it, etc... it could be a mess... but I would need to know what you have in mind to settle and rsolve this.

haha extortion, that is funny if you want to reach a settlement like an adult, you must first act like one. the choice is yours, we can settle on the damages you caused us to suffer, and you can formally apologize ( to the specific statment you made calling me a child molestor, and alleging you had proof) or we can let the lawyers settle it, I wanted to give you the opportunity out of respect for some of our mutual business associatse, but you seem to think this is some kind of game, so unless you seriously want to visit the settlement idea, then I am afraid I will have to stop trying to reach one with you, and let them handle it.

I am a fair person, and like I said, I am not out to try to bend you over, I am only out to recover our losses. you think about it, and decide what you would think is fair, and I will talk that over with my partners but you asked what it would take, and I told you 1.) a formal apology as to the specific allegation you made falsley. 2.) a monetary sum for damges we have sustained, and then the future loss part of it will be waived by us then... it seems to me that you do not want to purue this course though ( I hope you change you mind, cause a battle in open court is never a good thing for exposure) I am a reasonable person, and am seeking a reasonable settlement as a result of your direct unreasonable damaging statement. if you wish to pursue settlement further with me directly, the n we need to be talking about some kind of offer from you. if this seems unreasionable to you, we will have no other alternative but to seek recovery from damages and let other peole judge what is reasonable. again this is not a threat, and I wish there was another way, but if you fail to want to find that way, that is your choice, and I will have to stop talking to you. and let it escalate. as you know once the attorneys get involved, tyalking directly will be out of the question...
