All I can say, is that like in any situation,
"caveat emptor" must be practised.
If you do not feel secure in dealing with the company, then do not do so ...
Personally, I have trust in PayPal handling my money.
This whole "PayPal - Yea or Nay" arguement has been done here in GFY so many times ...
You will ALWAYS get the skeptics ... but those in favor seem to be far more plentiful.
