I have a dedicated box with them for about a year now I believe. Good server, very fast transfer speeds, no downtime, good prices. I also had an account on a virtual box there, also was pretty good but I don't use virtual anymore. Their tech's are simply amazing, the support is free and they can help you set up scripts, write scripts, install things, fix things, etc...
They were helping me fix a CGI I was writing in C earlier this month -- wouldn't have gotten that cgi working without them.
