either very well off Armenian thug families or first gen latinos.
either way its hard to co-exist without speaking the language a little.
it CAN be frustrating.
ive had to actually ask a cop to almost translate wehat his partner was saying because they send them out in packs of 2, one white or black and a latino cop.
ALWAYS.
so they can speak to both sides
