As of 27th August any existing dialer company that uses UK premium rate numbers that did not get thier dialer registered with ICSTIS is operating illegaly and will have thier revenue frozen. I know of two companies that got the documents in on time and that was our company

After speaking to ICSTIS at length I can tell you that if registrations were not handed in on time then apllications would be treated as new business and would not be approved for 4 - 6 weeks and dialer companies would have to cease using dialers during this time.
So dialer companies.. step up and tell us you have registration documents in.. (I should have a definitive list by the end of the week.. but im interested in who bothered with this now!)
