Not to be rude but if you do try to put this in the hands of the court you probably will get your ass kicked by your neighbor. I'd just let it go and avoid all contact with the person. If it gets out of hand as far as threats and a violation of your property or what not you might be able to get a restraining order. That's about all I can think of.
