Wrong. I do not assume anyone is a fool until they show me as much.
Fact is there are newbies that need very little help getting by, they are quite computer literate, that are cynical enough already to know what to watch for.
Then there are others, who need a helping hand to get started.
Those that need the helping hand should not be here or at least should know what to watch for.
