You are very correct in your post, I just felt like you were saying Netpond wasn't newbie freindly, which I really think it is, which is why I put that link above in here.
I couldn't agree with you more here... Its amazing how SMALL this business is. It may seem huge, but everyone knows everyone, and thats a lesson you don't wanna learn the hard way.
