see heres your flow in logic:
you terminated webair, went to look for another host meanwhile site is going to be down (like who cares, you probably had ur reasons) then setup up everything on the new host and only then switch the dns?
in case if i had to expirinece downtime of my sites i would have done everything possible to lessen that time and while waiting on the server to be setup change the dns, this btw would have cost you less of downtime becasue of propagating time. now your downtime is going to be longer. and since now you have a free time waiting on the server to be build you decided come to bash old host becasue theres nothing else to do about own mistakes and porn still comes out.
you're right and webair should be sorry for not cleaning their ns entry's in time or ever.
