depends on the contract and also if the contract was properly closed or maybe webair cleans their ns entries once a month? in anycase webair should not answer why didn't they remove the entry in the first place.

why the fuck do you want to keep dns pointing to your old host after you moved your shit out of there? and then make yourself look like a complete idiot?
and now he complains that his client sees porn on own domain when in reality there should be nothing at all because otherwise they would have changed the dns in time.
