you dont understand the whole process how domains and name servers works.
heres a rundown in simple words
lets say u want to host a domain at webair, you got your server there
69.42.75.204 (creation.webair.com)
you have to make a change in your domain registrar to point to webair's name servers NS ans NS2 which will point the domain to 69.42.75.204
if creation.webair.com is your name server you had to login to domain account and point DNS there to your creation.webair.com
i assume webair doesnt have full control over the domain, therefore webair cannot be held liable for where your domain phisically points to at any given time.
