The above statement is complete bullshit. Your service agreement withh webair was obviously over and like any other company would do they give your IPS to a NEW CUSTOMER.

ONCE AGAIN, IT IS NOT WEBAIR'S FAULT YOU LEFT YOUR DOMAIN POINTING TO AN IP ADDRESS YOU HAD NO CONTROL OVER ANYMORE.

There was a porn site there because someone else took the IP space which was assigned to you but since you're not a customer anymore it isnt yours...Do you really expect they to pay for resources to sit idle because you're stupid?
