Incorrect. Hair is hair. Laser success depends on the color of the hair and melanin in the skin. Resilience of a hair follicle is based on your genetics and ethnicity, not your sex. Just because most men are hairier than most women, it does not mean their hair is stronger. There are lots of women who have tough, coarse hair and men who have fine hair.
