ok lets say i have a nest of 600 sites all linked up and getting great PR.
now you want to buy a PR6 from me that i have not really put to use yet, no content or traffic to speak of.

without the interlinking, the said site would be dead in the water.
Now if you had an arrangement with me that i would not remove my links to your new site, thats a different story i think.

you will leave your sites linking to it after the purchase, id pay maybe $300 - $400
if you plan on removing your links, i would pay maybe $50 only in hopes it gets trickle traffic before google realizes its on its own now and strips it of placement and PR.
