I think if you guys did a little research you would see that you could get alot of help from the government on both the Provincial and Federal level for low income families who have to deal with sever medical conditions.

I never said that they were not told prior to getting the bill.. I was just stating that $1300 for this is fucking ridiculous. ya, the government helps LOW income families but my sisters boyfriends has a pretty good job so they are not what they would call a low income family BUT there are bills at home that need to be paid for.. car payment, rent and everything else. So that takes up most of his income. Then they have all the expenses being away from home. it's not like they're a few minutes away from home. They are in Toronto and will be for quite awhile.
