So they just said he has to wear the helmet and never said it cost anything and they just invoiced them?? C'mon man!! They would have said something about the costs etc prior.
I think if you guys did a little research you would see that you could get alot of help from the government on both the Provincial and Federal level for low income families who have to deal with sever medical conditions.
