Seems pretty accurate so far. You can verify this yourself with the google toolbar on even an INACTIVE url, just be sure you enter the entire url in IE for example like;
http://www.domain.com
I even have some 0/10's that get top 10 rankings for solid keywords, so not sure how much PR plays in actual rankings but it's good for passing PR along anyway.
