IMHO, when he got banned last night he probably called lens and said something along the lines of "lift the ban or I will not buy the skin." Lens said okay and lifted the ban.
The PimpBitch came back and made comments even worse that the original, and Lens siad "pull the skin or not, you are banned."
Again, just my interpretation. I could be wrong. . . . don't really care.
