You're obviously not in on the joke. Tommy Hillfiger puts out his stuff as a practical joke, as does most every other fashion designer in the world. They want to find out what the goofiest shit that they can make mainstream is. Behind closed doors they sit around, look at fashion magazines and laught their asses off.
