Hey everybody, I thought you would be interested to read this excerpt from an angry letter I got from a surfer at one of my sites who followed one of my links to Epic Cash's Brutal Spankings website:

No matter what usename you choose it will boot you back to choose again at least twice and then when you do change your username it puts back the add on 40 dollar porn site membership you said no to up front but you don't catch that.... Then just try and cancel after you discover the spanking videos are poor quality whimpifications and rip offs... I have the original e-mail reciepts (the one for the porn site I didn't intend to join, and the later one for brutal spankings... NONE of the order numbers or ID's in either will work in the cancel membership form. I just keep getting "your membership details can't be found... AND there is no way to contact the owners posted on the site...

I'm not too concerned about the cross sells -- although that's an inventive way of getting several bites at the apple -- but the inability to cancel sounds pretty 1998. All I can figure is, maybe they tried to cancel so fast their info wasn't in the member database yet?
I did try to help this surfer by putting them in touch with Epic Cash (webmaster support email, since I was asking for help) but the response was to tell the surfer to visit billingsupport.net -- which apparently is where the cancel page that doesn't work resides. So not a very helpful response, although it was lightning fast and very friendly. Props to Corey for the prompt and courteous effort.
Not trying to stir up trouble or drama. I just thought some here would be interested in how the customers feel.
