Rub some salt on it. Lots and lots of salt. Then pour a bottle of Everclear on it. Last, a nice iodine bath. After you pass out from the pain, you really won't give a shit anymore.
And if that doesn't work, fly to Phoenix. I have some *magic* lotion I can put on it.
