I get weed whenever I want already.

I would rather spend the $500 on more weed. Its only a $80 ticket if they catch you with less than an ounce here anyhow.

People smoke weed outdoors on the streets out here. And in bar bathrooms with the other regular smokers.

However, I would pay $500 for a license to grow.
