"Nah, pretty much all medium strength prescription painkillers have 500mg or so of Acetaminophen as a secondary ingredient - it has a synergistic affect with whatever the main painkiller is (codeine, hydrocodone, etc...)"
You are sort of correct. Most painkillers you get are do have ace. as a secondary, but in the way of codine it's most common appearance is going to be T3. I still say that most pills of codine that are called codine do not have it.
If it was codine mixed with other chemicals it would be part of the name of whatever med you are taking which is why they call t3... well t3... they don't call t3 codine because that would be false. Same thing with cough syrups that bear codine.. They called Robotussin 22 or Robo with codine...
Codine pills are just codine pills. I.E.
Brand Name
Codeine Contin
Common Name
codeine controlled release
Brand Name
Codeine Phosphate
Common Name
codeine
Those are the two most common codine pills you see in just a pill form. Niether come with Ace mixed in.
BTW - hydrocodone is just the generic name for Vicodin

A similar effect occurs with medications that contains codeine. The pain killer is considered an opiode-based drug which also depresses the central nervous system. Taking codeine and a 12 oz. glass of beer will double feelings of sedation and slow reaction time.

That is true if it's just codine.
