Let me guess:

Each one of these $800-900 "full time, dedicated" guys actually works for 3-5 clients at least, resulting in at least 3-5 times higher costs on your end to achieve truly "full time" work results?
Plus you run the risk of your work results being resold multiple times all over the place?
On top of that the quality just isn't there?

Please share you experiences...

P.S.: Please mention what kind of work you did (not) get done. I am specifically looking for text writers
