ok I think there is a way you can get better results, FASTER! this is what all the people in the tv ads do, I bet.
remove those power cells or whatever it is, then switch it on and set it to level10.
after thinking about what you'll do with an arm like hulk hogan in his best years, insert the power cell again & ENJOY!
