That trait is indicative of an idiot owner, and not so much a stupid dog.
Cats can sometimes tend to creep into neighboring yards and shit in the flower beds or a child's sandbox. They are also notorious for leaving paw prints all over cars in the area they live in, which pisses people off to no end.
One concept you might try wrapping your head around is, if you are so vehemently repelled by dogs, why click on a dog thread? Helloo? Is anyone like, hoome?
