Sounds like that guy was simply an idiot.
Nothing wrong with supporting whoever you wanna support. Everyone is allowed that much. But if it becomes a PART of the business, that is when I draw my line. If go into a hardware store to buy a door knocker and they start preaching some bullshit propaganda to me that has nothing to do with hardware or door knockers, that's the end of it. I will go somewhere else.
I've done that countless times with religous nuts. I have no problems with someone doing business with me who also happens to be a religous person, and doesn't push it in MY face.... but come to me under the premise of business, and start lecturing me on how I need to be fucking saved... yep... end of that conversation right damn quick.
Same principle. I've never seen any Pro-Life posters hanging inside a Wendy's restaurant. If I had, I probably wouldn't go back.
I was offered a job a long time ago for a company... who also happens to have "Going to Church" AND Pro-Life propaganda all over their business equipment, building... and of course the owner does not hide the fact that he is very Pro-Life... and that's all good and well. I don't care if he's pro-life or not... we all have our opinions... but I could never work for him because he's shoving it down everyone's throat.
