but just to set the record straight...bureaucracy sucks. we know the government is inefficient. I say that only because fraud is to be expected... but what you're not telling People about Washington is that we also have the nation's second highest unemployment rate (next only to Oregon) - so an educated man would expect that we might also have the highest number of people applying for Aid ... and taking more than they should.
