here's what I need :

P 2.4 or better (athlon is cool too)
1 gig ram or better
1200gb transfer a month or better
40 gigs or better

The processor and memory is more important then the drive space and all that stuff. I checked out serverbeach and they have some great pricing, but wanted to get some more pricing before I make my decision.
