I agree with you, the whole time out bullshit doesnt work. When I was a kid I did something wrong I got hit .I didnt do it again. As Bill Cosby once said Children dont understand discussion they understand pain. In sixth grade I failed a class , my mother asked me about it and I was flippant about it. My mother got a yard stick chased me around the house and hit me with it . I never failed a class again.
