The only thing I could think of were those kind that you break and they get cold, like the hot ones. I've seen those small insulated envelope looking deals, too. I thought maybe you could put them in one of those insulated deals each morning with the cold pack, and it would last for the day. Would it be really hot at night? At least you could take them out and let them sit out in the air when you stop each night.
I guess it depends on how many you need to take. Maybe an insulated lunch box thingy? Shit, I don't know. It's 5:00 am and I'm delirious.
