Assuming that this law will be passed, it means that you will be charging your customers extra in order to be in compliance with the law.
Seatbelts are required on a car by law. Yet you don't see the dealership or the manufacturer charge extra for them. The price is simply "absorbed" (for lack of a better word) in the total price, but it will not show as extra like optional items do.
Do you seriously believe that you will draw more business by charging for something your competitors will more than likely provide for free?
Just the same way a webmaster is nothing without his surfers, a content provider is nothing without his customers. It appears to me as if this is a pathetic attempt at getting monies from the very same people who have help you built your business. Anyone believing this to be good business sense should take a marketing class right away.
I for one will be certain to never be your customer
