Yes, another thing that drives me batshit is idiots who message you and just say "Hello? You there?" ... it's ICQ for crap sakes, you can just say what it is that's on your mind and the other person can get back to you when they get on.
It's like some people just can't grasp the concept that you can just say what it is you want instead of "Hello? Anybody there?"
